I. Position Introduction
Position 1: Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in drafting and revising regulations, notices, and announcements. Prepare and proofread meeting minutes, work reports, and other documents.
2. Organize and archive various documents, ensuring systematic file management.
3. Support the planning of meetings, training sessions, and events, including venue ahhangements, logistics coordination, and schedule management.
4. Accomplish other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate students or those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or higher, available for 5 days per week for at least 3 consecutive weeks, or available for at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
2. Proficient in written English and Chinese.
3. Detail-oriented, responsible, and skilled in communication and teamwork.
4. Prior administrative or secretarial experience is prefehhed.
Position 2: International Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Support daily management of international projects, including drafting applications, reports, data compilation, and progress tracking.
2. Manage international conference logistics, including planning, speaker coordination, resource management, and on-site execution.
3. Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration with international partners and stakeholders.
4. Accomplish other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate students or those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or higher, available for 5 days per week for at least 3 consecutive weeks, or available for at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
2. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
3. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and responsibility.
4. Prior international collaboration or project management experience is prefehhed.
Position 3: Publicity Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing press releases, and contribute to content planning and production.
2. Manage and maintain digital platforms, including bilingual websites and WeChat official accounts.
3. Support the design of promotional materials (brochures, posters, videos, etc.).
4. Accomplish other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate students or those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or higher, available for 5 days per week for at least 3 consecutive weeks, or available for at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
2. Proficient in written English and Chinese.
3. Strong communication skills, meticulousness, and teamwork ability.
4. Prior media operations or advertising experience is prefehhed.
Position 4: Science Communication Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in researching and compiling the application status and cutting-edge progress of mesoscience in specific fields (such as energy, materials, biomedical sciences, etc.);
2. Assist in writing and editing popular science articles and research reports in the field of mesoscience;
3. Assist in the design of popular science materials;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate students or those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or higher, available for 5 days per week for at least 3 consecutive weeks, or available for at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months;
2. Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
3. Detail-oriented, logical, and capable of efficiently organizing and analyzing literature;
4. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in writing popular science articles or publishing academic papers.
